Our rotary pump filling machine adopts rotary pump quantitative filling principle, engineered for diverse viscous & semi-fluid products including paste, jam, edible oil, cosmetic cream and thick syrup.
Equipped with 220V 50/60Hz universal power supply, it runs at adjustable production speed from 3 to 40 bottles per minute. Filling volume ranges 5ml-5000ml with customizable pump configuration, featuring high filling precision within ±1% error to cut raw material waste.
Working under 0.6-0.8Mpa pneumatic pressure with low air consumption ≥0.008m³/min, the compact overall dimension (850×400×500mm) saves factory floor space greatly. Stable pneumatic drive ensures long service life and easy daily maintenance for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical production lines.
