Our Linear Duckbill Capper is an inline automatic capping machine engineered for stable, high-speed screw capping of round plastic and metal caps. Compatible with caps ranging 20–50 mm in diameter and bottles taller than 250 mm, this 0.8 kW capping unit runs on standard AC220V 50/60Hz power supply. With adjustable production capacity from 30 to 60 bottles per minute and working air pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa, it fits most liquid filling production lines. Constructed with a compact 2000×1400×2000mm frame and net weight of 280kg, the duckbill clamping structure delivers consistent tightening torque, effectively preventing cap loosening during transportation.
