Our linear 6-head servo-driven filling & sealing machine is upgraded from rotary cup filler, engineered for automatic quantitative liquid filling and container sealing across food, beverage, cosmetic & chemical industries. Equipped with six independent servo filling heads, this filler supports multiple optional filling volumes from 5ml up to 5000ml with outstanding ±1% dosing precision. Running at adjustable production speed of 5~60 bottles per minute, it fits diverse batch production demands. It optional AC110V/220V 50/60HZ power supply and requires 0.4-0.6MPa stable compressed air, while filling head quantity can be customized as 2/4/6/8/10 heads per client’s factory layout. Servo control brings low wastage, easy parameter adjustment and long service life for your filling line.
