Our W-800 small character inkjet printer is a high-performance continuous inkjet coding device built for industrial production line marking. Equipped with interchangeable 40~70μm nozzles and supporting 1 to 6 print lines, it delivers crisp codes ranging from ultra-small 0.6mm micro characters up to 12mm tall marks. The print head comes in two size specifications with standard 3-meter connecting hose (6m customized hose available) and complies with strict bending radius requirements for flexible on-site layout. It adapts to production speeds from 15m/min to a maximum 340m/min, perfectly matching fast-paced packaging, food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical assembly lines. Working stably within 5℃~45℃ and 30%-90% non-condensing humidity environments, this stainless steel coding machine features an optimal 10mm print distance with an adjustable working range of 2–20mm. Optional positive pressure air pump and air drying assembly are offered for dusty, humid and other harsh workshop conditions.
