This automatic linear single-head vacuum capping machine is specially developed for airtight sealing of glass bottles, plastic bottles with screw caps in food, beverage, condiment, pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries. Equipped with stable vacuum pumping system, it finishes bottle clamping, vacuum extracting and cap screwing in one continuous automatic process. Working speed ranges from 10 to 15 bottles per minute with 1.5KW total power, matching 0.5–0.8MPa compressed air supply. Both screw cap diameters and applicable bottle specifications can be fully customized to fit your production containers.
