Performance and Features:
This double-head filling and capping machine is engineered for spout stand-up pouches, ideal for liquid and paste products across food, beverage, cosmetics and daily chemical industries.
It covers a wide filling volume from 5ml up to 5000ml with ±1% filling precision. The adjustable lifting height of filling and capping stations allows flexible matching of different pouch specifications. Adopting pneumatic working system with stable pressure of 0.4–0.6Mpa, the machine runs reliably with low failure rate.
Two filling heads greatly improve packaging output. We provide two machine sizes for 1000ml and 5000ml version to match your filling capacity. Compact overall layout saves workshop space and facilitates convenient shipment.
